Kathie didn’t need to explore the whole plugin every time she posted an event. She needed familiar event types, known presets, the right colors and images, and a path to publish without re-deciding the same details every time.
Make the repeated task easier
The fix was not more software. It was a smoother common path through the software already there.
More features do not automatically make a tool easier. Sometimes the best fix is fewer decisions on the path people use every week.
