The Goal Is Not to Build My Cockpit
My weird personal system is not a template. It’s evidence that tools should fit the person doing the work.
I built something weird because my work is weird: voice notes, calendar knots, half-formed ideas, archives, reminders, and too many moving parts.
The lesson is not “copy my cockpit.” The cockpit is not a flex. It’s evidence that tools work better when they’re shaped around the human, the repeated job, and the real mess around both.
Weird can be useful
Your best system may look weird because your work is weird. That is not a bug.
Start with the person, the business, the workflow, and the repeated pain. Then let the system be weird in the right ways.
